But to my surprise, I have no problems with the BikePro insole from Currex from the first minute. Anyway, that is a journey if you wish to take it. Without our insoles, we no longer feel comfortable on longer days on the road bikes. Your whole body will compensate for irregularities. It's a different demand than a walking shoe, and your body reacts differently to the input it gets from the bottom of your foot. and to be honest, you really need to understand how the nervous system and your feet work on a bike to figure out how/why an insole works in biking. it probably depends on your shoe how these will work for you. Wow, perfect aligned arch support, nice full-feeling shoes with no hot spots and great arch support, and very even-feeling. but are only for dedicated mtb riding, not much walking.
